Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unused, tagged items with the original receipt. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must not be damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Items damaged after use
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds
As per our policy, cash refunds are not offered. Approved cases may be processed as:
